- The type D engine project
The Engine:
The "type D" was designed as a neatly styled vertical engine with a coreless 1-piece cylinder & base casting. It uses an over-hung crankshaft that sits inside the four tapering legs of the engine base. All design, pattern work & machining was done by RMC.
*Few, if any, finished & running engines will be available at any time;
*Wooden "RMC" logo show boxes are also available at certain times.
